My silence

I seek out spaces

Spaces void of thought.

I wander,

circles within circles

Never joining,

An unending dance.

Silence beckons me

It whispers sweet nothingness

Packs tight my throat with the sound

of a scream that has been held in since birth.

I am become Wrath.

Embodiment of pain and rage so deep

My very touch is like thunder

My nails are lightning across my skin

I echo across the land, a hurricane encased in flesh.

I seek out spaces

Or do they call to me?

Desperately do they try to fold their wings around me,

sheltering me, and protecting the world from my silence.

My silence is an ending without beginning, I must keep

it trapped against my heart lest it shatter the world.
